Demarche means a course of action

Our approach to consulting includes at least two primary principles in every consulting engagement. First, our job is to cause organizational learning, by working directly with those who do the work -- the "subject matter experts" -- in problem identification and problem solving, as well as planning and implementing improvements; and second, to transfer knowledge and skills from our staff to the client staff throughout our consulting engagements.

We don't just lecture and leave.  We roll up our sleeves to help you craft the best solutions.

Organizations consist of people, and like all human endeavors, they are systems-bound by interrelated actions. Demarche Consulting Group helps organizations craft superior solutions because they understand that solving symptoms doesn't solve problems. Demarche consultants are highly skilled in seeing the pattern of the whole, to elevate an organization's conception of itself to the whole, and -- perhaps most importantly -- help create solutions for "silo" problems while identifying root causes and system-wide effects of change-related issues.

Demarche Consulting Group has over twenty years of professional management consulting experience working with a diverse array of organizations. We have earned a very positive reputation for assisting our clients achieve dramatic improvements in their organizations.

In a climate where organizations must change, Demarche Consulting Group leads the way in helping embrace challenges and evolve through thoughtful and energetic management of change.
