The Demarche Team.

The talented consultants and staff at Demarche Consulting Group have a full range of expertise in a number of industries and engagements. Our team is led by Demarche President, Dr. Linda Paralez.

Dr. Linda Paralez, President

As part of her dedication to life-long learning, Paralez has continued an investment in education throughout her life, and has degrees in engineering, an MBA with a minor in economics, and a PhD in business with an emphasis in technology management.

In addition to her extensive education, Paralez worked at the University of Phoenix teaching Masters level classes, and continues to design education programs for corporate clients. That combination of academic accomplishment with a wide variety of industry experience uniquely positions Paralez to help almost any organization succeed in even the toughest times.

Dr. Paralez has spent nearly 25 years leading highly technical teams in solving complicated engineering and process challenges across a broad spectrum of industries.

From civil and geologic engineering to solid rocket booster design, from land use and permitting to information technology and workplace culture and diversity awareness, Paralez uses her unique combination of education and experience to save clients time, money and valuable human resources.

Known for her compassionate approach to change, Dr. Paralez helps companies to succeed by engaging, enlisting, and enabling their people.

Even under immense scrutiny, enormous political pressure, or limited resources Paralez is undaunted. She has created solutions for companies and government agencies undergoing complex mergers, has helped them streamline the politically choppy permitting processes for complicated land use projects, and she has excelled in helping companies measure their success by developing one-of-a-kind benchmarking designs and analyses.

Dr. Paralez is one of the three consultants involved in the design of the AWWA’s Qualserve metric benchmarking survey, which has had seven publications since its inception in 2000.

She is also the author of numerous books and articles on asset management, benchmarking methodology, strategic planning, entrepreneurship, performance measures, business process management and design, education strategy, and other management strategies.
