Mission: Provide executive leadership for the Parks organization reporting to the Board. Mission: Provide leadership and management of long-term planning projects underway, and daily current planning, building, and inspections project work. Provide staff development and coaching. Snohomish County, WA | Planning and Development Services, Deputy Director,
Mission: The Deputy to the Director provided leadership over the financial and most operational (current planning, building review, and inspections) functions. The Deputy led process improvement projects, strategic planning, and technology enhancements in support of improvement efforts.
